Gurnee Company Builders takes pride in working with our customers to assure that together we construct the home of your dreams.  We have been building custom houses for over 25 years, and still work with the same dedication to detail as we did with our first project.

 Constructed in 2006, this beautiful Mukilteo area home sits overlooking waterfront.  This home boasts many distinctive features; including high tech wiring, extensive amounts of custom designed millwork, heated floors, wrap around decks, and an elevator.

Built in Edmonds overlooking the Puget Sound, this 5,700 square foot custom home is one of many that Gurnee Company Builders, Inc. has constructed in this neighborhood.

Located on Lake Washington this 3,000 square foot home sits 40 feet over the lake.   This project offered several unique challenges that ranged from access and storage logistics to environmental protection.  The unique building conditions of this house required skillful construction, and left no room for error. 

Built over looking downtown Edmonds this 2,400 square foot farm house with detached garage, was built in 1988.  This home features covered wrap around porches, and a two story master suite.

Located in downtown Edmonds on Bell St., these 3 houses were built almost side by side when neighbors decided that Gurnee Company Builders should construct their new homes.  Strong relationships were built with our customers along with their new houses. This neighborhood remains a friendly place that is a pleasure for us to visit.


Built on an "un-buildable lot" this 3,500 square foot home is not only sitting on a location several other builders deemed impossible to build on, but it also boasts several unique spaces tucked neatly into the complicated foundation cut.

Sitting on a 5 acre lot this home built in 1985 was custom built for the owners.  The house features a three sided wrap around covered deck, and a heated shop under the living space.
