A combination of steal, dimensional lumber, and engineered wood products were used to meet the structural requirements of this structure. 

Above: The concrete foundation of this home is supported with steal pilings and "I" beams.

Below:  One of two large "I" beams that span from the side walls carrying several glue lambs, and ultimately the roof load.

Above:  A mix of steal, composites material and dimensional lumber is used to support steal "I" beams.

Below:  Extending over the lake the first floor roof is utilized as a 1,400 square foot deck.

The result of careful construction and attention to detail has left this home owner with a top quality product, and a building  experience that can be remembered fondly.
